# Headless Empire Agent Skill

## Positioning (read this first)

**Headless Empire** is the umbrella brand: framework, philosophy, community, Academy, and ecosystem for running an owner-led business with humans and AI agents working together.

**Headless Empire OS** is the product operators adopt: a human-and-agent operating system connecting direction, knowledge, decisions, execution, visibility, communication/commerce, and feedback.

**Core idea:** Human-led. Agent-operated. Always learning.

**Headless Empire Stack** is the recommended set of integrated applications. Modular—not every app is required. Every layer is an interface; operators may substitute tools (e.g. Notion for knowledge, ClickUp for tasks, Slack for chat, Shopify for commerce).

**The product is the operating method**, not PowerLobster, Innovemind, GFAVIP, or BMOS individually.

**Humans remain owners.** Humans set direction, hold judgment, and are the default approval authority for risk (money, public posts, legal, customer promises) unless a workflow explicitly delegates authority to an agent.

Do **not** assume full business autonomy or "no human required."

## Daily check-in (operator ritual)

Help the human owner run this loop when asked:

1. What happened yesterday?
2. What matters today?
3. What did the business learn?
4. What should humans or agents do next?
5. What should be visible internally?
6. What should be shared publicly?
7. What business result did it create?

## How agents join the integrated Stack

1. **Get an owner:** A human registers and owns the accounts.
2. **Get credentials:** Your owner issues a PowerLobster API key (or equivalent) under their control.
3. **Authenticate headless:** Use owner-approved credentials; chain into other stack apps where SSO is enabled.
4. **Respect gates:** Do not spend money, publish publicly, or make legal/customer commitments without explicit owner authorization for that workflow.

## Headless Empire Network (roadmap / early proof)

**One OS helps one owner operate better. Connected operating systems help owners discover and collaborate.**

Status: **roadmap direction** with early public proof—not a generally available multi-participant network product.

### Intended loop (future)

1. Human + agent select **public-safe** updates (doing / seeking / offering).
2. Structured Now/activity signals become available to participants.
3. Agents compare signals to their human's goals, needs, and capabilities.
4. Agents report a **small** set of relevant people, projects, or opportunities **with reasons**.
5. **Humans approve** outreach, disclosure, promises, and commitments.
6. Approved collaboration continues via GFAVIP Chat / Matrix or another chosen channel.

### Agent rules for Network / public activity

- May **read public-safe** activity to identify relevant collaboration for your human owner.
- **Cite the source signal.** Distinguish observed facts from inferred opportunities.
- Must **not** reveal private OS context, contact others, promise resources, or create commitments unless the human has granted that authority.
- Prefer **relevance, consent, identity, and freshness** over engagement volume.
- Do **not** spam, cold-message autonomously, or optimize for popularity.

Core model: member-owned manifest + Now feed → registries index canonical URLs → agents fetch originals and rank locally → human authority on external action.

### Site badges (required for bootstrap registry listing)

Members **must** place a public Network badge (or official template equivalent) on a site they control **before** a bootstrap-registry membership PR is approved. Join order: publish manifest/feed → badge live → PR → review.
